Content Management System

The agency is seeking an open-end contract for the continued licensing, maintenance, managed cloud hosting, and professional services support of its existing enterprise content management environment. This system currently operates on the Hyland OnBase platform, and the agency requires the selected vendor to maintain and support this existing infrastructure. The agency needs to solve the inefficiency of traditional paper processing by ensuring users continue to process work faster, more accurately, and more efficiently. The scope of work covers providing a secure, managed cloud hosting and storage environment for the system. The agency also requires additional Hyland OnBase user licenses, third-party integration utilities, and professional staff augmentation on an as-needed, open-end basis. The requested content management software must feature a comfortable Windows interface where users or integrators can define and configure document states, rules, actions, notifications, and lifecycles. This system must be entirely point-and-click configurable without programming to allow specified users or administrators to easily add or adjust processes at the document, process, group, or enterprise level. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this contract.
