Video Management System

The government authority located in Colorado is seeking an upgraded, on-premises Enterprise Video Management System (VMS) and a scalable on-premises storage infrastructure. The agency needs to solve the problem of archiving video evidence by adding an interface between the new software solution and its Axon Evidence.com tenant. The system must meet or exceed a sixty-day data retention requirement for all active cameras and accommodate future incremental camera growth. The scope of work requires the delivery of Enterprise VMS licenses, any necessary third-party integration software, and a scalable infrastructure. The selected provider must configure and optimize the new software and server environments, as well as install and configure the interface to Evidence.com. The requested annual VMS license and support agreement must include base server licenses, camera licenses, additional feature licenses, twenty-four-seven emergency software support, and software updates. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all work must take place onsite at the Colorado authority. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online submission portal. The agency is looking for proposal pricing to determine the budget for this project.
