Staff Augmentation Services

A government authority located in Arkansas is seeking staff augmentation services to address temporary gaps in technical knowledge and permanent staffing levels. The agency requires external expertise to support Epic-certified analyst roles across all modules, including specific module implementations such as Cupid, Wisdom, and Bones. Additional needs span SQL-based programming, report writing using Caboodle, Cogito, and Clarity, as well as trainers and at-the-elbow support. The scope of work covers ambulatory and inpatient redesign, Epic builds for a new facility, and revenue cycle optimization and acquisition. The selected vendor will also perform interface and integration development, manage the Epic governance model, and provide information technology project management. Furthermore, the agency requires custom application and database development, including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, and support for future unknown application software purchases. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed offsite.
