The Town of Westford, Massachusetts is seeking a consultant with expertise and experience in economic development initiatives to develop, coordinate, and implement strategies for attracting and retaining a vibrant commercial base. The town needs to strategically position itself to compete regionally by advancing economic development activities, shaping short-term strategies and goals guided by the town's strategic plan, and maintaining and analyzing data that reflects the effectiveness of town activities and promotions. The selected consultant will focus on these efforts over the course of the upcoming fiscal year. The scope of work covers four specific areas over a one-year contract period. These areas include social media program development and strategy, market study, analytics and incentive programs, events and marketing, and training and capacity building. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 2, 2026. Responses must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
