Technical Consulting Service

The Utah government authority is seeking technical consulting services in environmental science, engineering, and radiation safety. The agency needs to solve the problem of managing complex, iterative reviews of radioactive materials license applications, renewals, amendments, and modifications. To address this, the agency requires support in evaluating the completeness of license submissions, reviewing containment structures and transport packages, and preparing written documentation of findings for publication. The scope of work also includes performing non-routine special reviews of specific topics as requested during the evaluation process. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all project work to be performed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the online system. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
