The government authority located in Los Angeles, California is seeking a vendor to provide managed information technology services for approximately thirty users. The agency operates a Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Security, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, with remote and office-based users utilizing Dell laptops running Windows and standard business productivity applications. The selected consultant must resolve technical issues, manage cloud-based document collaboration, and maintain system performance to ensure seamless daily operations. The scope of work covers help desk support services via phone, email, and remote assistance to troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, email, printers, SharePoint access, network connectivity, and laptop performance. The provider must also deliver Microsoft 365 administration, device management, cybersecurity services, backup and disaster recovery, SharePoint and file management, network support, onboarding and offboarding assistance, password resets, and account access support. All performance of the work must occur offsite at the vendor's own office premises. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. A mandatory bidder's conference and site walk will take place on July 14, 2026.
