IT Enterprise Solutions Architect Services

The City of Seattle is seeking IT enterprise solutions architect services to design and maintain the enterprise architecture of its Microsoft 365 environment. The selected provider will manage tenant configuration, identity management, security baselines, and platform governance. The agency needs to evaluate and recommend the adoption of emerging Microsoft 365 capabilities, including Copilot, Power Platform, Purview, Syntex, and Viva. The project requires conducting department-level consultations to assess current technology usage and design solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 to reduce or eliminate dependence on redundant third-party tools. The provider must develop and maintain the city's Microsoft 365 roadmap in alignment with Information Technology Services strategic goals and the Global Positioning System framework. The agency expects the architect to identify technology consolidation opportunities and quantify cost savings resulting from vendor reduction. The scope of work includes designing data architecture standards and information management policies for the Microsoft 365 environment. Eligible bidders must perform the work onsite and be located onshore within the United States.
