Asset Management Technician Services

The agency is seeking asset management technician services to support the management of IT assets at all stages of the asset lifecycle. The selected provider must maintain documentation to support asset management activities and follow all policies and procedures for tracking equipment and software. Additionally, the scope of work requires supporting and assisting with request fulfillment, purchasing, receiving, and deploying hardware and software. The provider must maintain records within the asset management database and analyze the inventory of items to identify required stock levels that support business needs. The agency requires the provider to assess compliance with established asset policies and procedures while tracking software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts. To support purchasing decisions, the provider must generate reports on cost, spending, licensing, warranty, and maintenance or support contracts. The provider must develop purchasing recommendations that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite and be located onshore within the United States. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
