Unified Communications and Microsoft Teams Phone System

The government authority located in Colorado operates an active Microsoft 365 tenant and requires a provider to deliver Microsoft Teams Operator Connect or direct routing-based telephony, cloud fax, call recording, SMS or text messaging, and associated hardware and implementation services. The agency is trying to modernize its communication infrastructure by integrating these unified communications directly with its existing Microsoft 365 environment. The scope of work covers approximately 230 user seats with unlimited inbound and outbound calling, along with the porting and management of approximately 233 existing telephone numbers and E911 services. The agency also requires ten cloud fax lines supporting inbound and outbound fax-to-email and email-to-fax capabilities, compliance-grade call recording for approximately three users, and SMS/MMS standard licensing for approximately 20 Microsoft Teams users. Additionally, the project includes a mobile background data or Teams mobile dialer solution for approximately 50 users, meeting room and webinar support, paging or overhead integration, and comprehensive implementation and professional services. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency allows the selected provider to perform the work offsite and requires digital submission of proposals via email or online.
