Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan Services

The Housing Authority of Baltimore City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0 services. The agency requires standard Cisco support, a session manager, and Survivable Remote Site Telephony endpoints. The selected provider must deliver various smart licenses, including On-Premises, Access, Common Area, Unity Connection, and Emergency Responder licenses. The scope of work also covers Cloud Device Registration, Messaging, and File Storage entitlements. Additionally, the agency requires two Pro Pack for Cisco Control Hub entitlements to manage their collaboration ecosystem. All performance of the contracted work will occur offsite. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the procurement no later than June 29, 2026.
