Conducting, Tabulating and Reporting Surveys Service

The Vermont Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in Waterbury, Vermont, requires a vendor to conduct, tabulate, and report on surveys regarding employment-related services for people with disabilities. The agency needs to measure consumer satisfaction to evaluate its overall service delivery and assess individual counselor performance. To accommodate all participants, the selected vendor must provide alternate surveying formats for respondents with disabilities as needed. The scope of work consists of two distinct tasks. For Task One, the vendor must conduct, tabulate, and report on a Consumer Satisfaction Survey to determine current overall satisfaction with agency services. For Task Two, the vendor must conduct, tabulate, and report on regular, monthly consumer surveys to evaluate satisfaction with individual counselors as part of the agency staff performance review process. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services.
