RFI for National Longitudinal Surveys Services

The Bureau of Labor Statistics is seeking information to identify qualified vendors capable of providing comprehensive National Longitudinal Surveys services. The agency requires a contractor to handle the management, data security, instrument design and testing, data collection, processing, and documentation for these surveys. Through this market research, the agency also aims to identify ways to increase vendor participation and ensure efficient contract management that fosters strong communication with contractor staff. The scope of work covers advising the survey program on content, methodology, and design issues, which includes providing written feedback and attending regular design meetings either in person or virtually. The selected contractor must maintain a secure file transfer protocol site to facilitate the easy transfer of data and documentation between contractors. Additional responsibilities include records management, conducting regular management conference calls, gathering stakeholder input, conducting outreach, and actively promoting the use of the collected data. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency specifies that all project work will be performed offsite. While the agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals, interested parties must submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online portal. All questions regarding this request for information must be submitted to the agency no later than July 2, 2026.
