The Harrison County Development Commission in Gulfport, Mississippi, requires a complete closed-circuit television surveillance system to secure its facilities. The agency is seeking to solve the problem of limited outdoor monitoring and vulnerability during power outages by installing a comprehensive, resilient security network. The project covers the installation of forty-five high-resolution color 1080p or better fixed bullet cameras and eight high-resolution color 1080p or better low-light pan-tilt-zoom cameras on the exterior of the buildings. Additionally, the agency requires one three hundred and sixty degree dome camera utilizing a pendant mount to provide unobstructed omnidirectional coverage. To support this hardware, the agency requires one digital video recorder capable of supporting fifty-four cameras, with the capacity to handle a ten percent increase in camera volume while storing video footage for thirty days. The scope also includes three video monitoring control stations equipped with joysticks and four uninterruptible power supplies to ensure continuous camera and equipment operation during power failures. All installation and performance of the work must take place onsite at the Gulfport facility. This procurement is set aside exclusively for total small businesses.
