Access Control and Security Maintenance Services

The California state authority in Sacramento requires ongoing maintenance, repair, and technical support for its standalone access control and security systems. The agency needs to keep its access control systems, cameras, alarms, turnstiles, and related equipment fully operational according to manufacturer standards. To prevent security gaps, the agency requires a contractor to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain an available inventory of replacement parts. The scope of work covers both scheduled maintenance and as-needed repairs, which must be completed on the same day when feasible. For urgent issues, the agency requires emergency response within two hours of notification to restore system functionality, including coordinated after-hours access if necessary. Software maintenance is also required, specifically for installing updates, patches, and fixes for Genetec security software, which the contractor must perform entirely onsite as remote access is not permitted. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite at the contractor's own office premises, except for the required onsite software updates. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
