Adult and Child Psychological Services

The Michigan government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral health services for eligible children, adolescents, and adults. The agency requires these services for individuals who qualify for Behavior Health Treatment (BHT). The selected provider will address the need for specialized psychological testing, functional behavior assessments, and structured behavioral intervention plans. The scope of work covers comprehensive psychological evaluations, testing, and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA). The provider must develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Treatment Plans (BTP) and deliver Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) interventions. Additionally, the agency requires Behavior Treatment Plan Review Committee (BTPRC) support activities, staff and caregiver training, and ongoing behavioral monitoring, reporting, and outcome tracking. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services.
