Radar Detection Equipment for Traffic Signals

The Alabama government authority is seeking a vendor to provide radar detection equipment and related replacement materials for use in roadway traffic signal systems. The agency requires the Econolite EVO Radar System, complete for up to four approaches. This system must include two sensors, stop bar advance detection, a cabinet hub, radar sensor kits with a J-Box, SDLC cable assemblies, mounting hardware, and five hundred linear feet of radar cable. The scope of work covers the delivery of these specified traffic signal components, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost for this equipment.
