Website Buildout and Support Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide website buildout and support services to enhance organizational efficiency, standardize business processes, and improve data visibility. The selected partner must recommend workflows to optimize the agency's current use of the website and integrate associated applications like Submittable, Salesforce, Docusign, Copilot, and Google Drive using APIs. The scope of work also encompasses ongoing support services to ensure the system operates smoothly and effectively. These support services include troubleshooting, system adjustments, continued assistance with the use of monday.com, and making enhancements to existing workflows to meet the agency's evolving needs. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 7, 2026.
