Contracted Employee Services

The Union County Schools or local government authority in Blairsville, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive contracted employee services for designated agency positions. The agency needs a partner to serve as the employer of record for assigned personnel, taking full responsibility for recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compensation administration, and payroll processing. This partner must also manage employment-related taxes, human resource administration, employee relations, personnel records management, and all other employment-related responsibilities required to support the agency. The scope of work covers supporting the instructional, operational, custodial, nutritional, administrative, and other support needs of the agency. Covered positions span substitute, temporary, seasonal, long-term, and permanent assignments. Specific substitute roles include custodians, secretaries, school nutrition program staff, full-day and half-day day-care substitutes, same-day and long-term substitute teachers, and substitute medical staff. Permanent roles include aftercare assistants, paraprofessionals, self-contained paraprofessionals, custodians, secretaries, school nutrition program staff, and bus monitors. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite at the agency locations in Blairsville, Georgia. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
