The system must improve operational efficiency in producing reports, dashboards, risk scores, and forecasting, while providing secure, web-accessible storage of a rolling five-year historical data repository with archiving capabilities. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
