Streets GPS and Route Optimization Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide, implement, and support a comprehensive fleet management, asset monitoring, route optimization, and operational intelligence platform. This single, integrated software platform must deliver real-time operational visibility, fleet tracking, equipment monitoring, driver safety management, route optimization, reporting, and analytics. The system needs to provide vehicle location updates in near real-time while tracking vehicle routes, stops, idling, speed, and vehicle utilization. The requested scope of work covers maintaining historical GPS data for reporting and analysis, as well as providing geofencing capabilities with automated notifications for entry and exit events. The software must feature real-time operational dashboards, executive-level dashboards, and operational reporting tools. Users must be able to create custom reports, schedule report distribution, and export data in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
