Spatial Intelligence Platform

The agency is seeking a spatial intelligence platform designed to provide real-time and historical geo-behavioural data. The platform must provide a turnkey, visual interface accessible to non-technical users requiring minimal GIS or data science expertise. The project covers a three-year contract period with all work performed offsite. The scope of work requires mobility and foot traffic analytics, including total access and egress counts and frequency of travel at the station level. The platform must segment data by hour, day of the week, and seasonal surges, while mapping primary home and work census block groups of station users. The agency also requires geo-demographic and psychographic layers to analyze users by income, age, education, household size, ethnicity, and consumer behaviors. The platform must provide estimates of non-resident population and overnight tourism demand near station sites. Visualization and reporting requirements include heat maps, trend charts, and the capability to define custom areas or import shapefiles and KML/KMZ files. Bidders must be United States organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
