Data Centre Consulting, Architecture, Owners Representative, and Commissioning Advisory Services

The Florida government authority is seeking independent consulting, architecture, engineering advisory, procurement support, project oversight, owner's representative services, and commissioning advisory services. This initiative aims to support the design, procurement, implementation, testing, and operational readiness of two new enterprise data centers. The agency needs to protect its interests throughout the project lifecycle, reduce implementation and operational risk, and ensure interoperability between all technology platforms. The scope of work covers strategic planning, requirements development, and architecture and design advisory services. The selected partner will develop and validate enterprise architecture requirements, validate resiliency and cybersecurity requirements, and ensure systems are commissioned and operationally ready. Additionally, the agency requires support for procurement activities through objective technical evaluations. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to compete for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place offsite.
