Campus-Wide IP Speaker and Cabling Service

The Bryan, Texas government authority is seeking a vendor to install an IP-based speaker system and the associated cabling infrastructure across twenty-one different campuses. The project aims to establish campus-wide IP speaker coverage by deploying equipment, running white Category 6 cable for all connections, and providing separate line items for six-foot plenum-rated jumper cables to connect mounting boxes to the speakers. The selected vendor must also supply any additional mounting hardware required for horns and outdoor speakers, scan each device barcode at the point of installation, and document the corresponding room numbers in a provided Google Sheet. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Although the project involves physical installation across the specified campuses, the agency classifies the performance of the work as offsite. Bidders can submit their proposals digitally through email or an online portal, and the agency is currently open to all budget proposals. The agency requires all clarification questions regarding this opportunity to be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
