The Keesler Air Force Base hospital in Biloxi, Mississippi requires continuous, 24/7/365 telecommunication services to support its installation and medical facilities. The government authority needs an IP-based unified communication system utilizing a specific communications protocol for signaling, call setup, teardown, and real-time telephone and video systems. This system must deliver Voice over Internet Protocol and streaming media services based on the Session Initiation Protocol to enable internet telephone services. The selected provider must interconnect networks and exchange telecommunication traffic with other telecommunication organizations. The scope of work requires performing and providing access at designated circuit demarcation points. All work under this contract must be performed onsite at the Biloxi location. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The contract period spans one year, and the agency is currently seeking budget proposals from interested parties.
