Downtown Parking Study Service

The City of Hastings, Michigan, is seeking professional parking consulting services to review its existing downtown parking offerings and deliver a comprehensive downtown parking study. The agency needs to determine how current parking is being utilized to evaluate whether the existing parking supply is adequate for the community. If the current supply is found to be inadequate, the selected provider must identify where additional supply is needed based on current and future demands. The scope of work also requires a thorough review of the city's current parking management approach. The chosen consultant must develop and present recommendations for operational and management improvements. All performance of the contract work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the project budget.
