Energy Analyst Services

The Oregon Department of Energy in Salem, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide offsite energy analyst services. The selected analyst will serve as an advocate for energy-efficient design to ensure the resulting building serves as a model of energy efficiency. This role requires leading design team efforts in implementing energy-efficient strategies throughout the building systems design. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is requesting budget proposals from interested bidders rather than providing a pre-determined funding limit. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than July 02, 2026.
