Data Collection and Reporting Service

The government authority located in British Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide data collection and reporting services. The agency requires de-identified, aggregate results to support health system leaders, analysts, and care providers with quality improvement, performance monitoring, evaluation, research, and secondary analysis. The selected vendor will deliver survey administration and management services split into a Core Survey Program and a Non-Core Survey Program. The Core Survey Program requires end-to-end survey services, which encompass the secure receipt and handling of personally identifiable information and protected health information. The scope of work also covers sampling, survey administration, data collection, data processing, analysis, reporting, and secure data transfer to designated recipients. Performance of all contracted work will occur offsite. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the procurement no later than July 13, 2026. The agency accepts digital submissions via email or through their online portal, and the budget will be determined based on the proposals received.
