Healthcare and Behavioral Health Services for Students

The Tempe Elementary School District in Tempe, Arizona is seeking to expand access to care for its students by developing strategic partnerships with community-based providers. The agency requires healthcare and behavioral health services to address student wellness needs across its campuses. Selected providers will serve one campus, multiple campuses, or the entire district, depending on organizational capacity, geographic reach, licensure, specialization, and alignment with student demographics. The scope of work for primary health care services includes on-site intake and triage, diagnosis and treatment of minor acute conditions, preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, women’s and reproductive health services, and referral coordination to specialty care. Requested behavioral health services encompass individual counseling, short-term solution-focused therapy, crisis assessment and stabilization, group counseling, psychoeducational workshops, substance use screening, and referrals to higher levels of care. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals regarding the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding amount.
