The agency requires a system capable of accepting claim reports twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, with immediate responses upon request. The scope of work covers establishing and continually updating action plans for claim resolution, conducting thorough investigations to document evidence, and determining compensability and liability. The administrator must implement specific investigation standards, manage medical and disability workflows, and execute a litigation management strategy. Additionally, the project requires real-time communication protocols with city risk management and seamless integration with city human resources and payroll systems, including data mapping, validation, and transfer procedures. Eligible administrators must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite.
