The Ulster County Sheriff's Office in Kingston, New York requires a vendor to operate a full-service food program out of the agency jail kitchen. The agency needs to provide three meals daily on a twenty-eight-day menu cycle for an inmate population with a maximum capacity of 457 and a current average daily population of approximately 200. The selected provider must also continue a separate staff meal service for approximately 125 officers and staff members. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore United States organizations.
