Web Development and Support Services Using WordPress CMS

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide web development, technical support, accessibility maintenance and remediation, and strategic enhancement services. The agency requires these services to support a WordPress Content Management System utilizing a custom theme and reusable content components. The scope of work covers front-end development, strategic enhancements, consultation, planning, backlog management, accessibility maintenance, and essential technical support. The project requires hosting and deployment through Pantheon, responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and caching via Redis and the Pantheon platform. The vendor must manage custom and third-party WordPress plugins, embedded Slate and Mailchimp forms, and a custom API integration with the Localist event calendar platform. The agency also requires accessibility monitoring and reporting tools, analytics and tag-management configurations, separate production, test, and development environments, and Git-based code management. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises.
