Enterprise Resource Planning Consultant Services

The issuing agency is seeking enterprise resource planning consultant services to undertake a comprehensive assessment of its current digital systems environment and provide strategic recommendations for future-state technology architecture. The agency needs to solve operational inefficiencies, duplicate processes, manual workarounds, data integrity risks, and barriers to organizational effectiveness. To achieve this, the agency requires a comprehensive review of its existing technology ecosystem, including administrative, operational, financial, human resources, quality improvement, reporting, communications, and project management systems. The scope of work covers assessing current business processes, workflows, data management practices, reporting requirements, governance structures, and information-sharing mechanisms. The selected consultant must evaluate current and anticipated organizational growth requirements, including scalability considerations related to staffing, geographic expansion, service delivery, and reporting obligations. Additionally, the project requires engaging key stakeholders across departments to understand current challenges, future requirements, and desired outcomes. The consultant must ultimately assess whether existing technologies, system enhancements, integrations, process redesign, or alternative solutions could reasonably address identified organizational needs prior to considering a full ERP implementation. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian organizations only, and the performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 6, 2026.
