Case Management System

The agency is seeking a new case management system with integrated electronic filing to enable a fully paperless court. This system must allow the judge and clerks to electronically manage every aspect of the agency's judicial docket and caseload. The selected vendor must convert all current and historical records from the existing system into the new system without any agency intervention or data duplication. The scope of work requires a user-friendly public access portal for individuals wishing to access public records. The system must support e-filing for all case types under the agency's jurisdiction, allowing cases to be processed wholly electronically without paper filings unless specified by the agency. Requested features include general case management, automated reminders, party type management, case linking, calendaring, electronic signatures, confidential case types, financials, bookkeeping, and document management. The agency also requires ongoing maintenance, support, end-user training, and administrator technical training. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The performance of all work under this contract will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project.
