Web-Based Integrated Health Data Analytics Platform

The agency is seeking an established, market-ready, and web-based software as a service platform to serve as a centralized, single, integrated data and analytics platform. This platform must allow for the analysis of statewide healthcare and demographic data to empower the agency to perform predictive workforce modeling for nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and allied professionals. The agency also needs to analyze healthcare utilization, gaps in service, and emerging public health concerns, while guiding the development of targeted educational programs and supporting high-impact research. The scope of work requires the provider to integrate and host agency data, community demographic data, all-payor claims data, and payer reimbursement data on a single cloud-based platform. This platform must enable the agency to link or cross-reference disparate datasets for advanced analytics. The hosted data must be based on public, machine-readable price transparency data, which must include negotiated rates, medicare allowable fees, and cash prices. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations only. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
