RFI for Enterprise Resource Planning Software Solution

The Township is seeking a comprehensive, modern Enterprise Resource Planning software solution to replace and enhance its existing core financial and administrative systems. The agency needs to solve the problem of outdated systems by implementing a unified platform that covers core financial management, human resources, payroll, licensing, permitting, inspections, and asset management. The scope of work spans accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, budget development, capital asset management, capital planning, document management, employee benefits, and timekeeping. The project also covers end-to-end permit and license lifecycle management, including application intake, review, approval, and inspection scheduling. Additionally, the agency requires public asset tracking, infrastructure lifecycle management, and geographic information system integration. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this request for information no later than July 24, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and allows digital submissions via email or online.
