Utility Billing Software

The district is seeking a vendor to provide utility billing software that supports all existing district utility billing processes and procedures. The agency aims to solve operational inefficiencies by enhancing customer service capabilities, improving staff productivity, and leveraging current technology advancements. The scope of work covers maintaining customer accounts, managing billing and collection processes, and implementing paperless billing or E-bill capabilities. The requested software must also improve customer communication capabilities via text, email, and robocalling services, while managing service orders and payment processing or cashiering. Additionally, the district requires customer web portal functionality and a system for tracking and maintaining the Backflow Program. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States only. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite.
