Pension Administration System Modernization Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide pension administration system modernization services. The required system must automate financial tracking by posting insurance payment amounts to appropriate general ledger accounts and generating automated general ledger entries for employer remittances, refunds, and disbursements. Additionally, the system must generate correspondence acknowledging receipt of payments and resolution of overpayments or receivables, and export accounting and actuarial data in compatible formats without requiring manual file manipulation. The system must track multiple member payment types, including pre-tax, post-tax, lump-sum, rollover, and payroll deductions. It must support plan lifecycle management, including addition, modification, closure, and deletion without duplicate data entry. To facilitate tracking, the system must support sorting, filtering, and reporting of contact tracking data using criteria such as date, contact type, communication channel, and interaction topic. The agency requires the system to generate alerts and reports to monitor and track unfulfilled participant requests and other defined member, employer, or third-party events. Security and auditing requirements dictate that the system must associate every transaction with a user ID and transaction date and time. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the performance of the work will be offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on July 07, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than July 17, 2026.
