Enterprise AI Platform Implementation Solution

The agency is seeking a partner to support the implementation of a secure, scalable enterprise artificial intelligence platform. This platform must provide students, faculty, researchers, and staff across all institutions with access to approved artificial intelligence capabilities through a shared technology foundation. The system must support institution-specific branding and delegated administration while remaining aligned with existing identity, security, and governance frameworks. The selected partner must provide a prebuilt Amazon Web Services landing zone and foundational design components. The agency requires the partner to validate this environment, recommend improvements, and implement agreed-upon changes. Additionally, the partner must assess the Boise State Artificial Intelligence Platform, known as the AgentCore Public Stack, and deploy and configure this platform within the RIS-managed Amazon Web Services environment. The scope of work covers multi-model artificial intelligence integration, centralized model management, and assistant creation, management, sharing, and discovery. The agency requires the implementation of interaction logging for prompts and responses with appropriate access controls for audit and investigative purposes. The platform must include reporting and analytics capabilities, enterprise data integrations with systems such as Banner, D2L, Microsoft 365, and data warehouse platforms, and agentic capabilities including workflow automation and orchestration. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the selected partner to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the project budget. The agency has set a contract period of one year.
