Parking Garage Management Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive parking garage management, operational, maintenance coordination, customer service, security oversight, and administrative services. The selected vendor must furnish all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, administrative support, and other resources necessary to operate the parking facility safely, efficiently, and professionally. The scope of work requires the contractor to manage day-to-day operations, ensure safe vehicle and pedestrian movement, open and close the facility according to established schedules, and maintain an on-site management presence during designated operating hours. The contractor must coordinate access to public and restricted parking areas, maintain operational logs documenting significant events, and coordinate activities with agency representatives and facility occupants. Additionally, the contractor must operate and monitor all parking access systems, including entry and exit gates, motion-activated gate systems, card access systems, access control readers, vehicle detection systems, intercoms, and parking management software. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
