Oracle Fusion Talent Management Module Implementation Services

The Local Government is seeking professional services to configure, implement, and support the deployment of selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management Talent Management modules. The agency needs to solve the problem of deploying additional talent management functionality within its existing systems to improve organizational capabilities. The scope of work covers the implementation of five specific submodules, which are Performance Management, Goals Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Learning. The project also requires a defined, time-limited post go-live support period focused on system stabilization, issue resolution, and user adoption. Bidders must provide a detailed description of their proposed approach to this support, including the scope, duration, structure, and hours of availability. The requested support services must encompass functional support, configuration assistance, and a structured process for submitting, tracking, escalating, and resolving issues with defined response and resolution targets. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within Canada only. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will run for one year.
