Marketo Instance Support Services and Cloud-Based Student Information System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide Marketo instance support services and a cloud-based student information system. The project addresses the need to assess the impact of Salesforce field changes implemented by the agency's internal information technology services team to support the new student information system. The selected vendor will provide recommendations and support the implementation of required updates to the agency's Adobe Marketo instance in collaboration with internal teams. The scope of work requires the vendor to lead Salesforce configuration, field creation, and Salesforce-side integration changes. The vendor will also take responsibility for the Marketo-side strategy, configuration support, testing support, cutover planning, documentation, and recommendations related to Salesforce-Marketo alignment. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Canada.
