RFI for Hoosier Launch Advising Tool

The Indiana Department of Education is seeking information on an interactive, statewide career advising platform to support new high school diploma requirements. The agency needs to solve the current absence of enabling technology that integrates career coaching, academic advising, work-based learning, and credential attainment. Without this cohesive infrastructure, students, families, schools, employers, and intermediaries lack the necessary tools to facilitate communication, data sharing, and student pathways. The requested scope of work covers a platform called the Hoosier Launch Advising Tool, which must provide students with clear guidance on graduation pathways, career exploration, and postsecondary options. The tool must relieve schools and counselors of the heavy tracking and reporting burdens that currently force them to prioritize administrative efficiency over personalized student experiences. Additionally, the solution must help workforce and industry partners build quality work-based learning opportunities without being stifled by administrative requirements. Eligible respondents must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. Interested parties may submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand budget requirements and has not disclosed a set funding limit.
