The government authority located in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a research partner to design and deliver a national study that builds credible, current evidence about the value and impact of participation. This study aims to help the organization better understand engagement dynamics across current members, alumni, and non-members. The work will build on earlier research to generate practical findings that support fund development, marketing and communications, advocacy, recruitment, retention, and program planning. The project covers conducting research with current members, alumni, and non-members or potential participants, while identifying how parents, caregivers, or volunteers may be included where relevant. The agency requires the incorporation of inclusive, ethical, and culturally appropriate research practices, including specific consideration of Indigenous youth. The selected partner must provide a national analysis with clear recommendations on feasible segmentation, such as province-specific or subgroup reporting, while identifying key limitations, sample requirements, assumptions, and thresholds. Bidders must deliver findings, recommendations, and practical outputs that support decision making, marketing, communications, recruitment, retention, advocacy, and fund development. Eligible bidders may be located worldwide, as the agency allows global participation. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
