Security Camera System Upgrade and Installation Services

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, a government authority located in Pennsylvania, is seeking security camera system upgrade and installation services. The agency needs to enhance security monitoring coverage of critical operational areas, improve fire prevention, and increase overall site safety. To solve these issues, the agency requires the establishment of a multi-tier video management platform that provides a minimum of thirty days of accessible, high-quality recorded footage. The scope of work covers replacing the existing thirty-two-channel Network Video Recorder with one sixty-four-channel Network Video Recorder to accommodate all site cameras. The selected contractor must replace three existing thermal cameras and install one new thermal camera near the loading bay. Additionally, the project requires replacing one non-thermal, low-resolution camera with one eight-megapixel turret camera, installing one twenty-four-port network switch, and installing one additional thermal camera on the opposite wall of the transfer station.
