Asphalt Mural Services

The planning division is seeking a vendor to provide asphalt mural services for a contract period of one year. The selected vendor must develop a detailed work plan and budget for the planning division's approval. Additionally, the scope of work requires coordinating material procurement and installation logistics. The vendor must develop the artwork design and advance it through the design development process. This process includes up to three rounds of review and feedback from the planning division. Performance of all work must occur onsite. Eligible bidders must be based onshore within the United States. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 07, 2026.
