Substance Abuse Treatment Services

The 51st District Court in Waterford, Michigan, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive substance abuse treatment services. The court requires these services to address the needs of individuals facing challenges from substance use disorders, severe mental illness, justice involvement, homelessness, unemployment, and lack of education. The program must promote wellness and symptom management, address social determinants of health, and empower participants to achieve successful community tenure and recovery. The selected provider must deliver an array of treatment options, including individual and group counseling, family therapy when indicated, and monthly educational or instructional groups. The scope of work also covers the development of individualized treatment plans, nursing monitoring, discharge planning, and case management. Additionally, the provider must facilitate referrals, coordinate care for primary addiction, mental health, and medical conditions, and assess services for potential use in non-specialty court evaluations or other court-related programs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite.
