Ticket Stock Service

The government authority located in Newark, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide ticket stock service on an as-needed basis. The agency needs this stock for use in point-of-sale devices to ensure continuous ticketing operations. To resolve any technical issues that may arise regarding the ticket stock, the agency requires ongoing technical support from the selected provider. The scope of work covers the supply of various ticket stock types, including non-commutation roll stock, receipt paper rolls, and bus and rail non-commutation fanfold. The agency also requires specific stock with security features, including rail commutation roll stock, bus commutation rolls, parking permit rolls, and bus commutation fanfold stock with foil. The provider must understand the agency's packaging requirements, store ticket stock quantities until shipment, and maintain a plan to produce an emergency supply in the event of a manufacturing or shipping failure. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be offsite.
