Grant Writer Services

The Township of West Orange, New Jersey is seeking proposals for grant writer services through a competitive contracting process. The selected vendor will serve as the primary point of contact with funding agencies, prepare and track assistance awards, conduct program evaluations, prepare programmatic and financial reports, coordinate reimbursements, ensure regulatory compliance, and execute post-award reviews and close-outs. Work performance will be onsite. Bidders must be onshore within the USA. Proposals must be submitted by November 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, containing one original physical submission and one electronic copy on a CD or USB drive in a sealed envelope delivered by mail or hand delivery to the Municipal Building. Alternatively, responses can be submitted digitally via email or online, and a proposal budget is requested. Bidders must include a bid guarantee of 10% of the total bid price (not to exceed $20,000) and a Consent of Surety certificate, as failure to provide these will result in rejection. The successful bidder must execute the contract, provide required insurance certificates, and submit bonds within 21 calendar days of the award date.
