High Voltage Electrical Substation Services

The Toho Water Authority in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide high voltage electrical substation services. The agency needs a contractor to handle the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of wiring for communications, control, and protective systems, as well as the servicing of microprocessor equipment and systems. Additionally, the project covers minor modifications, rebuilds, expansions, or installations of high and low voltage equipment and instruments within the electric substations. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite at the substation locations. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will enter into a contract with the agency for a performance period of three years. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget range. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the procurement no later than July 17, 2026.
