Holiday Lights Installation Service

The Gainesville, Florida government authority is seeking a vendor to provide professional holiday lights installation services. The agency needs to solve the problem of creating a dense, high-quality holiday display around its fountain area. The project covers wrapping six magnolia trees, which range in size from approximately thirty-five to fifty feet tall and fifteen to seventeen feet in diameter. The scope of work requires wrapping the trees with alternating warm white and blue C9 bulbs using spiral wraps spaced twenty-four inches apart vertically. The agency requires the lights to be wrapped to the top of each tree to ensure visibility throughout most of the canopy. Performance of this work will take place offsite at the designated government authority location. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
